Applied online and got a phone interview with two staff members who are also software engineers. Got an offer within a week of the interview through the online portal (notified via email).

Initial round 15 minute phone screen with a recruiter. Second round was with a 30 minute panel taking turns asking about my experiences on my resume. Third round was similar to the second round with a different panel and more in-depth questions. People were very nice, I had audio issues during the second phase but they were forgiving.
