The company sent HR and engineer reps to our university STEM career fair. They were taking resumes and shuffling people to specific lines to talk to certain people. They called later that night for next day interviews.

Tell us about a time you did not get along with a teammate
Few technical questions and few bechavioral questions, realy nice atmosphere, nice and qualified people. Questions were everything that you would expect it to be. They love STAR method. If you don't understand or don't know something you can ask for clarification

What was the situation when your work was cricitized
It was an overall good experience. There was clear communication and informative process. There was one technical round and behavioral questions about my experience. Multiple team members on the call.

The first interview is a screening call to check my student status, Visa and so on. I was asked if I'm looking for an internship or thesis, Administrative things were asked, no behavioral, no technical questions.
