1. Technical Interview
2. Manager Interview
3. Stakeholder Interview
4.Senior Manager Interview
All interviews are of STAR pattern. If someone really doesn't have real experience,it is difficult to crack.

Colloquio
A recruiter calls for schedule, Describes the process, later asks for schedule. It includes three rounds, 1. Coding and technical 2. Design 3. Leader ship discussion as per the booklet ( This is in my opinion the most toughest ) Out of all the rounds the most complex round is third round, it requires lot of preparation, make sure you prepare for the same.
