I talked with a few representatives at a Career fair at my school. They seemed enthusiastic and called me back the next day. The online application was very extensive and I seem to remember having to fill it out at least three times for the same position. I got an interview maybe a week later and they called back the same day to tell me I would be receiving an offer after attending an engineering hiring event. All went as planned and I felt like I got a great deal of choice in which internship I ended up with.

Nothing too out of the ordinary that I can remember. The interview was situational. I was asked to name a time I had contributed to a team, name a time I had taken initiative in a project, etc.

quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
