Very thorough and professional. Event though it was just a screening process, they asked the right questions in order to discern how interested I was in the position and whether or not I would be available to travel out of state for an interview.

Need to be able to have examples that demonstrate understanding of question and that you had that experience and what actions you personally took and what were the results.
