They had an online test first from which selected students were to sit for interview. The interview was situational based managerial interview along with some mechanical technical questions. It was an hour long interview.

My interview was just an initial interview w/ an engineer at Boeing, through on-campus one on ones. The interviewer was uni alumni and we just went over my resume and what I was interested in.

Over the phone, two interviewers. No camera, just audio. Asked four behavioral questions, they were polite and happy to talk about their experience. One of the questions they asked a follow-up but generally straight forward assessing how you handle certain situations.
