Interviewed and had to ask to see the office. it was a cube farm. I ended up getting an offer but passed as I did not like the environment despite it being significantly more money.

The hiring process is very structured, with a standard set of questions asked based on the level of the position you are applying for. I applied to an entry level position, and was asked basic questions like, "Why Boeing?" Boeing is an engineering company, so it would be wise to understand the basics of manufacturing if you are applying to a position that is higher than entry level. Some big buzz words right now are Lean, Earned Value Management, Common Systems, and Project Management Best Practices. If you have any experience with any of these, you may want to list them on your resume as Boeing does utilize a keyword search when downselecting for interviews.

6 questions. Similar across every Boeing entity I interviewed with. Panel of 3 people all very nice and personable. HR was easy to interact with and setup every interview. Some interviews were all about contracts, some were more based in personal experience, the rest were a mix.

Very detailed and situation based questions. The interview lasted 2 hours and consisted of a panel of 4 individuals from different areas of the company. Each individual was allowed 3-4 questions on how this position would interact with their area of the company.
