I had a structured telephone interview, it consisted of four to five behavorial style questions. The interview was with two managers. The interview probably took about forty five minutes. I was told that my answers did not necessarily have from a work situation but also from experiences outside of work.
The interview was planned to include three members of the team. The recruiter contacted me to coordinate schedules, and after reviewing everyone’s availability, we agreed on a date and time for the interview to take place the following week.

I had a two round process, both virtual interviews. Prior to the interviews, I had one prescreen call. Questions were mostly behavioral, with two technical questions. Technical questions were basic in complexity.
