Interviewers are inexperienced (lots of duplicate questions and poor listening. I repeated myself across interviews and within the same interview!) and the interviewers could not answer how they intend to test their software. Software engineers beware! Interview process consisted of an HR screening, programming assessment, and interview with technical lead.

Initial interview was 30 min with the manager and project manager. Covered STAR questions focused on how I work with others, how I choose the tech stack etc. Managers were very pleasant, position description did not match the project they were hiring for.
