Short points about what background you have that relates to the job. In the other four, use the STAR method. Also, if you go back and look at the job posting, then you will notice the General section under Competencies. The questions they ask relate to the Generals Section. So be ready to answer a question about Communication, Collaboration, Decision Making, Customer Focus, etc. Go through those sections and make sure your answer touches on the key points.
