Used STAR method. There were around 5-6 questions asked. The interviewers were helpful and easy to communicate with. The post-interview process was lengthy with no communication from the company until months later.

Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
