Very structured. They ask a standard set of questions they ask everyone. Seemed a bit robotic as far as the interview process, but open to communication such as small talk. Definitely use the STAR Method to answer.

Very easy interview. All I had was a phone interview and I heard back within two weeks if I got the position. It was a basic behavioral interview and I used the STAR method when answering interview questions.
