The interview process consisted of one phone call with two interviewers. Really nice people and they asked basic behavioral questions. Just make sure to have your STAR down and be able to explain why Boeing.

How would you explain a finance concept to someone
Hirevue process, questions on collaboration and cooperation and why you applied for the finance role and then why you applied to Boeing. Other questions may be on a way you worked through a problem and what you learned from that experience. Quite standard interview questions.

Panel with up to four people ( mine was 2 ) and asking you four questions within 45 minutes. Left room to ask more questions and learn more about the position. Dress buisness casual and will ask about relevant experincve and from what I have heard will ask you to preform skills you can do. Such as coding.

Not bad at all. Only one round interview, application sent out months before then interview then offer within 2 week process. Only a few days given to provide response for offer acceptance.
