Submitted application with my address from out of state. Flew in for interview and staff were very nice. Answered five questions and they said they were answered perfectly. Declined for position two days later. If you have someone internal in mind for the position, decline applications from those a great distance away.

They did away with the STAR format for this interview and told me to answer the questions as I normally would.
