They use the STAR format - Situation, Task, Action, Result, for both internal and external interviews. The hardest questions to answer in this format revolve around diversity, though with the recent policy change I can't say if these questions are still on the board.

Mostly questions on how you handled experiences like failure in processes, or the project you think showed off your expertise most. There were no technical questions at all, but this is for a entry level position.
