I applied online and was called within a couple of days to schedule an in-person interview. Very easy interview with store manager and general manager present. I was called later that day and was told I had gotten the position.

The interview process was very simple. Received a phone call, interviewed the same day. The interviewer gave a quick background of the company and asked some basic questions. Why Bojangles? Tell me about yourself. Once hired on the spot, we talked about schedule, pay rate and verified application information. All in all, it took 20 minutes.
