Not a long interview process. After applying with Glassdoor, they just informed me that they are cannot take me and when i ask why, they said "Unfortunately, we cannot hire anyone who is a non- US based, Non-US Citizen or GC holder at the moment. This is largely due to security policies put in effect by our clients."

Initial meeting with HR. Meeting with hiring manager, then live coding session (1hr). The coding session was a disappointment. The developer I met with had not seen or looked at my code prior to the interview. They were also very opinionated during the session. Rather than letting me solve the problems, the immediately jumped in with "how he would do it".
