1) Online Application
2) Online Test
3) Telephone Interview: All competency based questions, nothing technical.
4) Assessment Centre (Group of 6 people): The day started off with a presentation by Bombardier employees and was followed by a group exercise which lasted about an hour. The group was then split in half, one half was sent for individual interviews and the other had to prepare a 10 minute presentation.
The individual interview consisted of 4 competency questions and two technical ones.

Things to consider when adapting an old train for disabled clients
Online. It was the first interview after I passed the online assessment. The process was quite casual, the interviewer was friendly. Had a really nice chat with the interviewer. Enjoyed the whole process.

Application form
Online tests - relatively simple questions but have to work quickly to complete in the allocated time.
Telephone interview - relatively straight forward, mixture of basic motivational questions checking that you know something about the company and some competency based questions
Assessment centre - group of 6 people, consisted of:
- group task based on case study
- individual 15 minute presentation prepared on the day based on case study
- Individual interview containing 4 competency and 2 technical questions
