The interview process was well organized and moved forward pretty quickly. The entire interview team knew who they wanted for this role and were extremely responsive and always in communication with me throughout the entire process. During the onsite interview, I interviewed with about 6 people and everyone was prepared and had thoughtful questions to ask me. What I found to be impressive was the consistency that everyone answered my questions with. That re-assured me about the culture at Bombas and that it really was an organization that I wanted to be a part of.
