I'm not sure if it was because of Covid or otherwise, but there were two people interviewing me on zoom at the same time, which was new for me. Not chaotic or any sort of pressure cooker type interview, but it was a slightly different dynamic than I was used to. I actually liked that they had clearly reviewed my resume in advance and asked me specific, pointed questions about certain things I'd done. It was otherwise reasonably similar to other e-comm interviews that I'd been a part of. It's not intended to be a difficult, "put you on the spot" type of interview, but you should still go into very prepared.
