Application, then if AI feels you are a fit you immediately get invitation to do a Hirevue Interview. I did mine of Friday and am waiting to see if I get in person interview.

Interviewed with hiring manager in a location that I did not apply to, so be prepared to possibly travel for interview. Simple hiring questions you'd find in any healthcare field. Gave me a tour of the unit there (not the one I'd work at). Told me she'd make a decision by Friday (I interviewed on a Tuesday). I never heard back from her, so assumed I did not get the job. But then I heard about three weeks after the interview from HR that I was offered the job.
