I don't know how they select their candidates for a job when they just ask percentages of 10th and 12th for shortlisting. Even with good marks they reject. I think they need to change their policies.

There were 3 to 4 rounds based on your profile. They ask about experience, skills and judge communication. The interview rounds are usually easy and staff members are good and polite.
