They came to my school at a career fair, I then applied online and had a phone interview. I thought it went well, they asked very standard questions, the person interviewing me was very friendly and we chatted a bit about non work related things. Hardest question was if they were bought out by a larger company and i was offered a job there would i take it. The next step would have been in person interview, but I didn't make it there.
