This has been the most thorough interview process I’ve ever experienced. The level of communication, organization, and attention to detail was exceptional. Every interaction I had was met with genuine kindness. It never felt pretentious or overly formal, just thoughtful, welcoming, and human. Kudos to the recruiting team for creating one of the best candidate experiences I’ve ever been part of. It’s clear a lot of care went into making every step of the process feel meaningful.
