I first had a prescreening interview and was then invited to do a copywriting test. I then had a 45-minute phone call with two copywriters to review the test. Next, I was invited in for a 3-hour in-person interview that consisted of a 30-minute meeting with the recruiter, 30 minutes to do 4 additional copywriting tests, and 2, 1-hour sessions with a copywriter/designer/developer to review the tests. I was then asked to come in for an additional interview (very informal) with the principal copywriter.
