1. Applied online - got an invite for a phone interview with recruiter after 1 month. 2. Scheduled the call and successfully spoke with the recruiter. 3. After 1 week, recruiter e-mailed again for another phone interview with 2 managers. 4. After 1.5 weeks, I received an e-mail saying that I successfully managed to go on the next step which is a video-conferencing call with 2 other managers. 5. A week after, they sent a decline letter stating reasons of decline.
