- Initial call with the recruiter - asked the standard product management related questions about my experience (1h) - Video call with 2 other product managers where I had to prepare a case presenting things I would improve on the booking.com site. It went well, apart from the fact that they were not very communicative. They were just asking the questions only to ask them and didn't really listen to your answers. - On-site for half a day of interviews with several people + a second presentation on a case (this time they provided me with more details on what to work on) The process was straightforward, explained in detail during every step and people were polite and accommodating (the only part I found awkward was the last part of the final interview where you're supposed to have a coffee with a random employee that's going to show you around the office.). As far as the product hiring culture concerns, they pay a lot of attention to your data analytical skills. A lot. Be prepared for exhaustive rounds of questions about metrics and scenarios around them ('i.e If this metric A is down, why do you think it would happen?') They seem to have a very data-centric profile in mind in terms of what they are looking for and that's fine, if you're this type of product manager.
