      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Booking.com

      Colloquio

      Two interviews. The initial interview was done over the phone 3 days after sending the resume. The language used during the interview was English. I was told I passed the very day of the phone interview. The second interview was done face to face, with two CS team leads within a week after the phone interview. The first half of the interview was in English. Self introduction and small talk. Nothing too difficult. After that they gave me 30 minutes to answer a quiz on computers/the internet and also to read through the complaints by the customers, one in English and the other in my native language, and to write back to the complaints using two languages. After the writing test, you had to do a role play where there was an angry customer and you are required to deal with the situation, calling the customer and the hotel using English and your native language. The second half of the interview was in my native lanuage and we talked for a bit. I was then allowed to walk around the office. Not so big, but nice, clean office with a conference/training room and a place to have lunch. The staff were nice. They get free lunch and the company seems to pay for the drinks when they sometimes go drinking.
