Colloquio
I applied direct to Booking.com and had a call from them the very next day. The call was a screening process, at the end of the call I was invited to a 'group assessment' day.
Arrived at the office and was taken into a room for our introductions. After that we had a presentation about the company, the shifts, salary and what to expect working for them.
We were all taken to a room for our grammar tests, which was nothing to worry about, just make sure you read the questions as it's all pretty straight forward.
Then the verbal tests, that was just a short chat with a fellow advisor in your native language.
After and during the verbal testing those that had failed their English / native language tests were taken aside, given feedback and they left. The rest stayed and awaited the interviews.
At the interview the normal interview questions were asked but it was very informal and they made you feel relaxed the whole time.

More like a general chat but make sure you know what you are talking about.

Disrespectful interview process. After passing the language test online, I was invited to an interview. When the time for the interview came, the first thing that the recruiter told me was that the position had already been filled and they wouldn't be conducting an interview, but they would take my details down for future opportunities. I had spent a great deal of time preparing for the interview and it wouldn't have been difficult for them to send an email or voicemail to let me know in advance that the position had already been filled. I found it extremely disrespectful. There is no need to be so blasé about how you treat people. I don't think they stopped for one minute to think about the time investment I had made for that interview. If that is how they treat interviewees then I would be very wary of how they treat their employees.

What experience I have, where I live etc - they told me it wasn't a real interview since they had already hired who they wanted.
the interview process starts with a phone interview that lasts about 30 mins, informal to get to know you but make sure to make an impression, do your research on the company. then an in person panel interview + tour of the facility. they will also give you an assignment which you have to pass, and depending on what language you speak, an assignment to make sure you're fluent as well. whole process took a pretty long time, about a month.

The interview process started with a short phone call about 30 min in order to get to know about my interest in the position and I got an invitation for the onsite interview.
The onsite interview consisted in an English assessment and an individual interview with a Manager and/or Team leader.
