I applied for a customer service role, which they closed early. Instead, they had a sales role. The interviewer started asking me why I was interested in sales, my experience in sales, and why I wanted a career in sales when, actually, I had not applied to a sales role. They emailed me soon after stating that my application would not be taken any further.

Normal interview question about yourself, a simulation to check how you'd handle a customer with a problem, some IT proficiency questions and overall general impression, very low entry requirements. You also had some English/hired language tests, nothing too difficult.
