This is the very first time I get myself so excited in every stage of an interview process! Overall process was smooth and I did enjoy every single step of it - from the first call with the recruiter (in which she was really friendly and gave me all details to know what to expect next) to the very end with the managing director of US (very transparent and friendly too). The process had 4 steps in total: 1) Call with Recruiter (30min) 2) Call with Manager and colleague from the team (1hour) 3) Call with two stakeholders from other team in close contact with the team of the role (1hour) 4) Call with Managing director of US (45min) As mentioned, they ALL were not only professional and straight to the point with the questions they were making in order to get to know me and my professional experience, but they were also very sympathetic, transparent, respectful and humble. I could see myself being member of the company but also of the team from the beginning since they treated me as an equal and they showed genuine interest on getting to know me as a person too.
