The HR told me I was too young for the position even though I had a proven track record of my experience aligned with the qualifications they mentioned. Very strange, I shall say.

The first 2 interviews were well arranged and all the interviewers were friendly and sincere in sharing the company's good stories with me. However, the final interview was a total disappointment. The interviewers were late and one of them was distracted by her kid at home. I was even told that they grow / promote their people based on their length of service instead of merit.
