Only did the first phase of the interview, it was hard leetcode type questions about algorithms and problem solving. I would compare the questions with medium to harder leet code questions, I hadn't found them anywhere else.

Nice and straightforward application process. The technical interview is real fun. Practice helps a lot, and while the technical problems are not very hard themselves, optimizing your solution is important.
Two rounds on the assessment day at the HQ in Amsterdam, one for technical with senior developers and one for behavioral with department managers. The recruiters are very helpful and positive.
