I have used the STAR framework to answer all the questions they raised and started building from it. extra tip. for both Craft Interviews, have your own stories mapped to stakeholder management, strategy, roadmapping. I interviewed with Booking.com in Aug 2023 for a Technical Product Manager role. Overall the process was fantastic! The entire process from initial recruiter call to final call informing me I was successful, took 7 weeks total. Since the interviews were during August, this probably caused delays as interviewers were on vacations. There were 5 rounds total - 1.) Initial recruiter screening 2.) Hiring manager screening 3.) 1st Craft interview 4.) 2nd Craft interview 5.) Product Director The recruiter communicated regularly during this time. She kept me informed after each round on the interviewer's feedback and my application status.
