The CTO’s interview style was rigid despite asking open-ended questions. When I provided solutions, it was clear he either didn’t fully understand them or dismissed them because they didn’t match what he was expecting. This made it hard for him to fairly evaluate different approaches and limited open technical discussions.

Everything went well and smooth, interviewers are nice and professional. The intro interview is quite short, exploratory, and give me a big picture of what the company is all about. Then technical interview to explain the system design I've done. Up to the CEO interview, it's a relaxed situation and welcoming.
