It's a 3 round interview process. The first round you meet with the CEO Edwin Jacques who is extremely charismatic and passionate about what he does, which makes you equally excited about the process as well. It's a quick interview and if it goes well you move on to the second round which is a 'shadow day' and you watch how their account executives and corporate trainers do their work which was really cool to see. You do a series of activities that test to see if you make it to the final round of interviews which happens at the end of the day and is concluded with a quick quiz that tests your knowledge of what you learned throughout the day, but don't worry you're not alone and have many resources to help you.

The interview process consisted of 3 parts and first started with a get to know which led to learning about the job and then a q and a this process was simple yet effective everyone was nice and very knowledgeable
