Initial HR interview , Technical screening and after that Pair Programming. They call it pair programming but the interviewer was highly unresponsive in clearing doubts about the questions. Felt like he had copied the code from somewhere and had no clue what it did. Really bad communication had a thick asian accent and didn't even knew english that well. Instead of saying pair programming they should just say coding round/technical round, because it was me only that was coding. I would not waste my time with them.
