I had applied online VIA Indeed.ca which the franchisee had their own email to submit the resume. I was contacted in a few days for an in-person interview. The owner had hired me in a few days after the interview.

Good and it was very fast and informative in the first two rounds.
I would love to join the company. I loved the staff and the manager they seem very supportive,
It was very smooth and quick. It took about 15-10 minutes and they asked a couple of standard questions as well as some behavioural questions. The hiring managers were friendly and straightforward.
