Had three interviews prior to getting g offered. I went into the store twice and one phone interview with the district manager it was a two week process. It wasn't bad. Having to write 30 words is a bit excessive.

Nothing crazy, typical interview questions. Interviewed with the store manager, the whole interview only lasted a few minutes. Wore business casual to interview, NOT jeans. I see a lot of people asking what to wear to a Boot Barn interview.
