4 interviews. HR then Technical then Technical, followed by another Technical Interview. All of which were asking the same things over and over again with almost similar set of people. Especially the last two interviews which were 2 months apart! No apologies or explanation given to that span of period when I was actively following up in a reasonable amount and intervals. Maybe perhaps for them I'm just an applicant? Says much about their culture and values and how they do their work. And now, they didn't even provide any feedback but just a vague reasoning and not even sure what it was. Not sure if I wasn't chosen, they took the role down, or what not. I think it is true that it is red flag having too many interviews. After months of useless effort too much waiting, they decided to endorse my application to another client to which I never heard back from them ever since. I was very cooperative with them when they ask to reschedule interviews last minute (Too people pleasing of me even). And even waiting for feedback for months to which they don't reply to your queries regarding any update. I feel that I wasn't treated fairly. This company seem good in the outside but rotten in the inside by the looks of it and with my experience with them and given the recent reviews here. With that kind of reception, their indecisiveness, inconsiderate behaviour, and unprofessionalism, I think I might've dodged a bullet here.
