Colloquio
I had to apply online for this role and provide basic details. After this I was then sent a link to carry out a test which contained varies sections. From what I remember, the first just asked basic details about yourself and previous experience. The second, asked what was the most and least effective out of four options for a given statement. The third, gave two options and you had to choose which one best described you. After this test I received an email saying that they were impressed with my answers. It then asked me to use the link to book an interview. I chose an interview as close as possible as it was my first interview and I just wanted to get it done and over with. I am yet to know if I have received a job, but was told I should find out by the end of the week.

The interview was with the assistant manager who was really nice and friendly made me feel at ease. She asked quite alot of questions. Why I wanted to work there, asked about situations and how I dealt with them and many other questions. Then we went onto the shop floor I was asked to tell the lady about my product i chose and she asked me questions about that. On one of the Isles I was asked what I would do to the shelves if I had 10 mins. Interview was on Thursday and was told I will find out early the following week.
