I was invited to attend an interview event along with about 30 other people, mostly recent college graduates. At this event I interviewed with 5 different departments. Some were one on one and others were panels of two people. Interviews consisted with discussing past experience.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
