Round robin interview style from several managers. Usually one on one for 20 mins or so then the next manager walks in, about 2 hours or so. Engaging and thought provoking questions. Does the candidate "fit" the company style questions. Some interviewers were also from departments not necessarily applied for. Wanted to see if candidate may be better suited elsewhere. Better shot if someone refers the candidate.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
