Received a call from the recruiter to set up interview times. Interviewed with 4 people (30 min each) from different teams within the firm. It was nice to be able to speak with high level employees as well as peers. Interview was pretty straightforward; more of a conversation versus interview.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
