Was initially asked to interview for security market, but clearance was inactive. Was passed to another recruiter in the federal market, scheduled interview, and got an offer. Communication was good. Very quick turn around. Interviewed on Tues., got an offer on Weds., sent in counter on Thurs., got a call back on Friday and accepted.

Nothing unusual. Very low-key. I know the industry and the capability very well so there weren't any questions that I couldn't answer. All in all, made for a very relaxed and - dare I say it - fun atmosphere.

The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
