The interview process is very straight forward. If you are applying for technical position then be prepared to answer standard coding/language questions and be prepared to defend the knowledge you claim on your resume.
They offer GREAT relocation benefits - the budget for a Senior Consultant is $10k but they will cover ALL costs of moving if you are a new hire.
