Colloquio
First, there was a culture screening via phone. This led to a timed take-home test, and when that went well, there was a technical interview via video chat. Finally, we progressed to on-site one-on-one and group technical interviews lasting for 3+ hours. Answers to questions for the on-site were given both verbally and by illustrating answers (e.g. whiteboard, paper, etc.)
