Expect multiple interviews: human resource screening type of interview to gauge interest in the job, an interview with you future boss (this is probably the most important and probing), peer interview (seemed to be measuring fit with the client), hiring authority (assessed overall client fit and company fit), and potential client. My interviews were all via the phone.

The interview process was fairly simple, they went through my resume and the interview questions were behavior based. I think if you prepare you’ll be fine. The panel that I interviewed with was straight to the point. However with all of the changes they are doing mass layoffs so be aware before accepting a role

Talked to recruiter and the hiring manager afterwards. Was straight forward. Not too many steps that made it complicated. Talked to another a separate recruiter with offer. Discussed background check and such. Background check can take up to 10 days
