The interview was a series of 3 30 minute interviews with team managers. More more technical as it was a position with the cyber division. However, there were also general behavioral questions that were related to the candidate's resume.

First interview was with a fun and respectful recruiter--very positive. Second interview was with a front-office employee who was a bit abrasive, making comments that he wasn't sure I was qualified for what he wanted me to do. Overall, this negativity drove me away

Their process was not very transparent; it took a long time to hear back and there was little closure. HR overall is lacking, but that is just the nature of the company. The initial "screen" is somewhat of an interview, and mostly a resume review.

The interview process with very straightforward - 2 interview rounds with current associates, 30 min each asking behavioral questions.
Be prepared to do research on the company and ask questions at the end of your interview!
