The interview process was a Round Robin interview setup at a hotel just outside of their McLean HQ. It was very similar to speed dating. I found a great match in the first person that I ultimately interviewed with, which BTW I took the job, but I was forced to interview with several other job leaders for no reason .

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
